What you should know
Behind the toy
There is only one real question about a soft toy: can it be washed. This one can. The fibre fill does not clump after a cold wash, and the outer fabric stays soft rather than going scratchy. Eyes and nose are embroidered — no plastic buttons or beads — so it is safe from birth. The ears are separately reinforced, because that is where soft toys actually fail. At 35cm it is big enough to sleep with and small enough to carry.
Getting started
Keep the box
Hold on to it for a week in case anything needs to go back.
Check for loose parts
Before handing it to a small child, and again every few weeks.
Clean it simply
A damp cloth and mild soap for hard surfaces. Never soak anything electronic.
Store it dry
Away from damp and direct sun, it stays good for years.
